Whenever Aging Services Division, in consultation with the County Social Service Agency, determines that a provider holding an unrestricted and current license for Adult Foster Care is not in compliance with state statute, rules, or policies, a notice of denial or revocation, or a correction order must be issued.
The Correction Order will be sent to the provider by the Aging Services Division after review and consultation with legal advisory unit. A copy of the Correction Order will be sent to the County Social Service Agency.
